  • Once the order is dispatched, address changes may not be possible

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Multiple delivery attempts (usually 2-3) will be made

  • The package may be returned to us
  • You will be notified of the failed delivery attempts
  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery or process a return

7.3 Recipient Responsibility

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. We are not responsible for delays caused by recipient unavailability.

8. Package Inspection at Delivery

  • Do not accept the package if the outer packaging is significantly damaged, tampered with, or opened

If you notice any damage to the package:

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost during shipment:
