2.5 Hygiene Products

  • Undergarments, innerwear, or any intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
  • Products with broken hygiene seals

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Products must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • All original packaging materials, including bags, boxes, and wrapping, must be intact
  • Do not remove, damage, or deface any product tags or labels

3.2 Unused Condition

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition

  • All accessories, freebies, or complimentary items received with the product must be returned

3.3 Product Tags

  • Original brand tags must be attached and intact
  • Price tags must be attached and undamaged
  • Care instruction labels must not be removed or defaced

3.4 Proof of Purchase

  • You must provide the order number and invoice
  • Original payment confirmation is required

Important: If any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the product back to you at your expense.

  • Returns during regular non-promotional periods

Ivak Fashions Responsibility:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Wrong product shipped due to our error

  • During specific promotional offers that include free returns

5.2 Promotional Free Returns

  • We may offer free return shipping during specific promotional campaigns
  • Free return shipping will be clearly communicated on the website or via email

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the exchanged product has a price difference:
    • Higher price: You pay the difference
    • Lower price: The difference is added as store credit

7.3 No Cash Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.)
  • All refunds are processed as store credit or exchanges only

7.4 Refund Processing Time

  • Once your return is approved, store credit will be added to your account within 5-7 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when store credit is added
  • For exchanges, the replacement product will be shipped within 2-7 business days of approval

8. Exchanges

8.1 Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are available only for size mismatches
  • You may exchange for the same product in a different size or for a different product of equal or higher value

9. Defective or Damaged Products

10. Wrong Product Received

If you received the wrong product due to our error:

11. Restocking Fee

No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees on approved returns. However, if return shipping is borne by you, those costs are non-refundable.

12. Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse to accept delivery at the time of shipment arrival:

  • Return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund
  • You will receive store credit for the product value minus shipping costs

12.2 Repeated Refusals

Multiple instances of delivery refusal without valid reason may result in:
